CONSOLIDATED
LUMBER

Consolidated lumber is a composite material made from a rigid polyurethane (PUR). The textured top surface creates a resilient, virtually maintenance-free layer, designed to resist algae, fading and sun damage.

Unique Wood-Free Material

Beneath this durable top layer lies a wood-free polymer resin core, reinforced with fiber for extra strength and durability. This means that consolidated lumber will not expand or contract. Unlike some timber or composites made using wood, consolidated lumber will not warp or rot. This is an innovative product that is also eco-friendly and is the first signage product in the world to have an independently verified carbon footprint. Consolidated lumber is made in Britain, which means it has been tried and tested in all weather conditions.
